Enter Information: Please enter information about your family you would like included in the Ingraham High School Family Directory.

* These fields are required.

** Email: Your email address will be your Username to access the family directory online. At least one email address is required on the form and each email must be unique. If you share a family email enter it under only one family member.

Student Number: The Student Number is used for verification purposes only and will never be published. To find your Student's Number log onto The Source

Add Student: Select the Add Student button to add another student to the directory..

Add Parent/Guardian: Select the Add Parent button to add another parent/guardian to the directory.

Authorization: Complete the Parent/Guardian Authorization section and make sure that you check the box to indicate that you agree with the Authorization Statement.

Verification: Type the characters that you see in the picture into the text field. This step prevents our web site from automated form abuse.

Submit: When the form has been completed, select the Submit Family Directory Information button. The confirmation page will appear giving you the chance to make any changes or corrections.
